As a family-owned business that has been around since 1948, we have seen the changes. I, myself am the 4th generation of leadership. As an early millennial, these changes are a normal part of everyday existence. This is why I am so excited to work with new technology and pioneer the experience for our customers. Luckily, we are not a storefront and can adapt quickly. We are a manufacturer of promotional items, a re-seller of durable business advertising supplies and a consulting firm for business advertising. Most of our traffic was procured from 500k catalogs mailed every year. In the 90’s we had a web presence, in the early 2000’s we went 100% e-commerce.
We are done with our new 2.0 website which has many enhancements. Our site will be mobile responsive: we have 3 different site layouts which change depending on the device and size of your screen. This allows people to find information and shop easily regardless of device. Past order information is all there in detail for easy reordering. Security? Sure we have top security standards allowing us to now store financial information for easy ordering… thanks again Amazon!
One of the coolest features will be the ability to build out an entire category with subcategories, products and custom pricing for our enterprise or national clients. This catalog can be completely unique based on the client need. I am very excited about that!
